Items purchased online and at our parties cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We do not give satisfaction returns. No CASH refunds.

The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
1. Include the original printed email or online invoice.
2. You must obtain a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" number from ToyClosetNYC.com before returning a product. Simply log on and fill out the form under returns on the site to obtain an RMA. We will not accept any returns without an RMA. The RMA number must be written on your return package. Any products returned without an RMA# will not be processed.
